Area Training Plans: training in the social and health sector

Area training plans
With the release of the call for Area Training Plans for the training of employees of social cooperatives, sTraining activities lasting between a maximum of 200 hours and a minimum of 16 hours are eligible.
Our areas of intervention concern the Elements of Corporate Communication for Social Co-operation and Elements of Business Organisation.

THE TITLES OF THE TRAINING PLANS:

  • Communication management in the social and health care field
  • Burn Out Prevention
  • Teamwork and the therapeutic function of groupthink
  • Team Building
  • Creating motivation to work
  • Conflict management
  • Problem Solving
  • Dementia patient management and animation techniques
Recipients of all types of activities under this call for area training plans are workers occupied:
(a) employed in executive roles and/or lacking basic qualification levels;
(b) employed in middle management and/or specialised roles;
(c) executives and managers;
(d) agents, workers with part-time, fixed-term or collaboration contracts;
(e) owners and directors of small and medium-sized enterprises, including assistants;
(f) registered professionals.
They are not included in any capacity among the recipients of the actions under this Call for Proposals:
- non-employee partners, directors (non-contracted), directors of companies/bodies;
- non-working members (capital members) of enterprises, including cooperatives;
- people on the move.
Finally, therefore, workers in receipt of social shock absorbers for whom there are
training interventions pursuant to other guidelines and/or specific support measures.
Public administration workers are excluded.
