Notice 1 2022 Fondirigenti: easier access for small enterprises
L’Notice 1/2022 Fondirigenti finances training plans concerning one of the following macro Areas:
- Environmental and social sustainability
- Digital transition
- Risk and crisis management (energy, financial, supply chain and cybersecurity)
- Skills for change
- Skills of young leaders
Training plans may be submitted in individual or aggregate form. Each company may submit only one training plan and apply for a maximum funding of 12,500 Euro.
The Notice intends to promote the participation of Small Enterprises that need to increase their managerial equipment also through a better use of the training lever and to stimulate the activation of aggregations as a strategic element for the growth of competitiveness.
For this purpose, the following additional marks will be awarded in the evaluation:
- 6 points for business plans submitted by a Small Enterprise;
- 4 points for aggregations of any kind, regardless of sector, territory or size class;
- 6 points for aggregations involving at least one small enterprise.
The entire process of submitting and sharing plans will be done digitally from the Reserved Area accessible through the MyFondirigenti section of the Fund's portal with user id and password.
The digital signature in CAdES format of the company's legal representative or a proxy will be sufficient to submit the plan.
Submission of plans will be allowed from 12:00:00 noon on 16 May 2022 until 12:00:00 noon on 16 June 2022, single deadline for submission.
All plans submitted within the single deadline will be subject to a formal assessment by the Fund's structure, and to a merit evaluation by an external Commission, which will draw up a ranking list upon completion.
The ranking list will be published on the Fondirigenti portal within 90 days of the single deadline for submitting plans.
Activities must be completed within 7 months from the date of publication of the ranking list.
The training initiatives financed by the Notice take the form of State Aid and the granting of funding will be subject to the outcome of the interrogation of the National Register of State Aid, under the conditions and in the manner laid down in Article 52 of Law No. 234 of 24 December 2012, as amended and implemented.
