Teamwork? Bees teach us with the BEElding Experience

How does the BEElding Experience?

Together with an expert beekeeper and in total safety, the BEElding experience offers meetings in a charming pond on the outskirts of Turin to discover the world of industrious bees and learn about teamwork!

The beekeeper Team Building course helps to engage your employees in experiential training. The course is able to make the training even more effective, reinforcing team spirit and the evolution necessary to achieve important business goals.

Let's get to know the bees better... a little taste!

Le workers  are the majority of bees and are only female even though their productive organs will never come into operation. If they are working, they have a life span of about one month. If, on the other hand, they are born during hibernation time, they can live up to six months. If a worker gets stung, she loses her life because the stinger has lateral grooves that, if implanted in the skin, become entangled and tear away from the body.

La queen lives four or five years. The queen's egg is identical to that of the workers but the latter feed the larvae differently and when it hatches it has a super-cell in the hive. The queen, always in flight, repeats the mating with about twenty males. She is the mother of all bees.

I drones are the males of the hive. They serve for reproduction and are usually born in spring but are not capable of making honey.

The BEElding Experience can help to:

  • stimulate teamwork and cooperation
  • raising corporate motivation
  • cope with sudden situations
  • provide quick answers
  • learning to keep the focus on objectives

To end on a sweet note, we couldn't pass up a delicious jar of honey, hearty and healthy!
